Presented by Doces Massage + Yoga and Reiki Shizen Allow yourself some me time this Spring Equinox and experience the balancing harmony of relaxing yoga nidra infused with the gentle flow of reiki. Stacey and Susan will guide you into the Season of Rebirth fostering a space of growth and hope to welcome in the new possibilities ahead. In this workshop you will be guided through a gentle yoga practice followed by yoga nidra while you experience the healing energy of Reiki. Yoga nidra (yogic sleep) is a state of deep relaxation (internal deep sleep) allowing our senses, intellect, and mind to rest and allow the gentle healing energy of Reiki to flow. Workshop is led by Stacey Doces (doces massage + yoga) and Susan Horiuchi (Reiki Shizen).
