Service Description
Presented by Doces Massage + Yoga and Reiki Shizen Experience a sense of balance and harmony as Stacey and Susan lead you into the Season of Letting Go with our 60 minute Fall Equinox Yoga Nidra infused with the gentle energy of Reiki. Relax and unwind as you come back in touch with your true essence. The Fall Equinox is a point of seasonal equilibrium when the sun crosses the equator and day and night become equal in length. In this workshop you will be guided through a gentle restorative yoga practice followed by a balancing Yoga Nidra while you experience the healing energy of Reiki. Nidra (yogic sleep) is a state of deep relaxation (internal deep sleep) allowing our senses, intellect, and mind to rest and allow the gentle healing energy of Reiki to flow. Workshop is led by Stacey Doces (doces massage + yoga) and Susan Horiuchi (Reiki Shizen).
