Experience the joy of non-doing and restore your body with our restorative yoga classes. Our small classes provide a personalized experience tailored to your needs. We provide bolsters and props to make sure you are fully relaxed and comfortable. Guided meditations and body scans will help you let go of your tensions and find inner peace. Yomassage® is a transformative experience that nourishes your mind, body, and soul. In each session, you’ll be guided through breathwork meditation followed by a series of gentle restorative stretches supported with bolsters and blankets while receiving hands-on therapeutic massage.

Hello! I'm Stacey, a massage therapist, yoga teacher, and supporter of rest and relaxation. I graduated from the Cortiva School of Massage in 2010 and became a Yoga Teacher and Breath Coach in 2021. My passion is helping others to achieve relaxation, wellness, and health through the combination of massage, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra. I believe that with simple movements and moments of relaxation, we can significantly increase our health span. My approach involves gentle movements to calm the nervous system, relax the body and mind, and in doing so, restore your well-being.

Since becoming a bodyworker, I have seen first hand the power of self care through massage and yoga - for both myself and my clients. The work that happens between massage sessions is vital to realize the maximum benefits of massage.

In my free time, you can find me birdwatching with my cats, practicing tai chi, climbing mountains on Orcas Island, or jumping the local sidewalk chalk hopscotch. Wherever there is fun or adventure to be found, that's where I will be.
